சீன வாஸ்து சாஸ்திரமான ஃபெங் ஷூய் படி, வீட்டில் நீங்கள் வைத்திருக்கக் கூடாத 5 விஷயங்கள் இவை.

1.உங்கள் படுக்கையறையில் கண்ணாடிகள்.

 கண்ணாடிகள்  ஒரு நீரின் அங்கம்  என்பதை நினைவில் கொள்வோம்.  இரவில் படுக்கை அறையில் உறங்குகையில்  நாம் அதைப் பிரதிபலிக்கிறோம் , 

நீரின் ஆற்றல் நமக்கு தலைவலி தரும் அல்லது சோர்வாக எழுந்திருக்க வைக்கும்.  

எனவே படுக்கை அறையின் குளியலறைக்குள்  கண்ணாடி வைத்திருப்பது சிறந்தது, குளியலறையை விட்டு வெளியேறும்போது நாம் எப்போதும் கதவை மூடி வைக்க வேண்டும்.

படுக்கையறையில் உள்ள தொலைக்காட்சி அணைக்கப்படும் போது ஒரு கண்ணாடியாகவே செயல்படுகிறது. ஒவ்வொரு இரவும் தொலைக்காட்சி பயன்படுத்துவதை நிறுத்தும்போது அதை திரை கொண்டு மூடி வைப்பது ஃபெங் ஷூய் பரிந்துரைக்கும்  தீர்வாகும்.

2.படுக்கையறையில் மீன் தொட்டி.

 

 உதாரணமாக, மீன் தொட்டிகள், கண்ணாடி குப்பிகளில் நீர் தாவரங்கள் இவை எதுவும் படுக்கை அறையில் அமைப்பதற்கு பரிந்துரைக்கப்படுவதில்லை. வாசனை திரவியங்கள் அல்லது கொலோன்கள் கொண்ட குப்பிகள் அல்லது அருவி,  கடல் தோன்றும் ஓவியங்கள் , படங்கள் கூட படுக்கையின் அருகே காட்சிப்படுத்துவதற்கு ஃபெங் ஷூய் பரிந்துரைப்பதில்லை.  ஏனென்றால், நீர் அங்கம் (water element ) உறங்குபவர்களின்  உடலில் உள்ள திரவங்களை வற்றச் செய்து, உயிர்ச்சக்தியை மறையச்செய்து விடும், எனவே படுக்கை அறையில் அமையும் அலமாரி கதவுகள் கூட கண்ணாடியால் அமைப்பதை ஃபெங்ஷூய் பரிந்துரைப்பதில்லை.

3.வேலை செய்யாத கடிகாரங்கள்

சுவர் கடிகாரங்கள், கைக்கடிகாரங்கள் என  எந்த வகை கடிகாரமும்  பேட்டரி தீர்ந்து நின்றாலோ  பயன்படுத்தாமல் நின்றாலோ உடனே அதை இயங்கச் செய்து துல்லியமாக மணி காட்டச் செய்து காட்சிப்படுத்த வேண்டும்,  இயங்கும் கடிகாரம் செயலை குறிக்கிறது, ஆற்றல் பாய்வதை குறிக்கிறது.  கடிகாரம் நின்றுவிட்டால், நேர்மறை ஆற்றலும் அறையில் தேங்கி நிற்கிறது.

4.வெறுப்பை வெளிப்படுத்தும் விலங்குகளின் படங்கள்,

மூர்க்கமான ஓவியங்கள்

சுவற்றில்  காட்சிப்படுத்துவதை ஃபெங் ஷூய் பரிந்துரைப்பதில்லை,  ஓவியம் அல்லது புகைப்படத்தில் தோன்றும் விலங்கு ஆக்ரோஷமான வெளிப்பாட்டைக் கொண்டிருந்தால், அதன் கோபத்தைக் காட்டுமானால், அதை சுவற்றில்  மாட்டாமல் இருப்பதே நல்லது.  படங்களில்  இருந்து வெளிப்படும் எதிர்மறை ஆற்றல் அறைகளுக்குள் ஊடுருவிச் செல்லும், வசிப்பவரின் நேர்மறை சிந்தையை குலைக்கும்.

5.கூர்மையான பொருள்கள், 

அலமாரி தட்டுகளின் கூர்மையான முனைகள் தவிர்க்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

12.துவாதசி திதி

12.துவாதசி, 

துவாதச என்பதற்கு பன்னிரண்டு என்று அர்த்தம். துவாதசி என்பது ஒரு வடமொழி சொல்லாகும். அமாவாசை மற்றும் பௌர்ணமி நாளிலிருந்து வரும் 12 வது நாள் துவாதசி திதியாகும். அமாவாசைக்கு அடுத்து வரும் துவாதசியை சுக்கில பட்ச துவாதசி என்றும், பௌர்ணமிக்கு அடுத்து வரும் துவாதசி தினம் கிருஷ்ண பட்ச துவாதசி என்றும் அழைக்கபடுகிறது.

கார்த்திகை மாதம் வரும் சுக்லபட்ச ஏகாதசிக்கு மறுநாள் வரும் துவாதசி திதி ‘பிருந்தாவன துவாதசி’ என அழைக்கபடுகிறது. அன்று தான் மகாவிஷ்ணு துளசியை திருமணம் செய்து கொண்டதாக விஷ்ணு புராணத்தில் குறிபிடப்பட்டுளது. இந்த பிருந்தாவன துவாதசி திதி வரும் நாளில் எந்த பொருளை தானம் செய்தாலும் அந்த பொருளுடன் துளசியையும் சேர்த்து தானம் செய்தால் கொடுக்கும் பொருளின் அளவும், மதிப்பும் கூடும் என புராணம் கூறுகிறது.

துவாதசி திதிக்கு  அதிதேவதை விஷ்ணு பகவான் ஆவார். பொதுவாக மதச்சடங்குகளில் ஈடுபடவும், தெய்வீக காரியங்கள் அனைத்தையும் மேற்கொள்வதற்கு ஏற்ற திதி இது. திரயோதசி திதி : இந்த திதியில் சிவ வழிபாடு செய்வது மிகவும் விசேஷம் ஆகும். நீண்ட தூர பயணம் மேற்கொள்ளலாம்.

12. Duvadasi,

 Duvadasa means twelve.  Duvadasi is a sanscrit word.  Duvadasi tithi is the 12th day from the new moon and full moon day.  The Duvadasi that follows the new moon is called Shukila Paksha Duvadasi and the Duvadasi day that follows the full moon is called Krishna Paksha Duvadasi.

 The Duvadasi tithi that falls on the day after Suklapatsha Ekadasi in the month of Kartikai is known as 'Brindavan Duvadasi'.  It is mentioned in the Vishnu Purana that Lord Vishnu married Tulsi on that day.  Purana says that on the day of this Brindavan Duvadasi Tithi, whatever item is donated, if one donates Tulsi along with that item, the amount and value of the donated item will increase.

 Lord Vishnu is the presiding deity of Duvadasi Tithi.  It is generally a suitable tithi to engage in religious rituals and perform all divine activities.  Thiryodasi Tithi : Shiva worship is very special in this tithi.  Can travel long distances

1.அதாவது நாற்சந்தியில் அமைந்துள்ள வீதி சூலை மனை,வீதி சூலையை தெருக்குத்து, விஷ அம்பு , poison arrow என்று வாஸ்து சாஸ்திரத்தில் வகைப்படுத்துகின்றனர்.

2.இது வட மேற்கு கோமுகமாக அகண்ட மனை.

3. வடமேற்கில் வெட்டும் பட்ட மனை.

இதை எத்தனை நைச்சியமாக பேசி ஏமாற்றி விற்று தரகு கட்டணம் 

1 லட்சம் ரூபாயும் மனசாட்சியின்றி பெற்றுள்ளார் பாருங்கள் நிலத் தரகர்.

இந்த மனை வாங்கி இரண்டே மாதத்தில் உரிமையாளர் மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கான மூன்று சக்கர வாகனத்தில் மெதுவாக செல்கையில் திருப்பத்தில் வேகமாக வந்த கார் இடித்து தூக்கி எறியப்பட்டு அவருக்கு இடுப்பு எலும்பு உடைந்து ப்ளேட் வைத்து பெரிய அறுவை சிகிச்சை முடிந்து ஆறுமாதங்கள் படுக்கையில் கழிந்து இப்போது பிஸியோதெரபி பயிற்சி செய்து மீண்டும் இயல்பு நிலைக்கு வந்துள்ளார், என்னிடம் இந்த மனை வந்தவுடன் இதன் தீங்குகளை விளக்கினேன், மள மளவென கண்ணீர் விட்டார்.

1.மனையின் வடக்கு வட மேற்கிலிருந்து வரும் விதிசூலை ஒரு மோசமான குறைபாடு என்று வாஸ்து வல்லுனர்கள் கருதுகின்றனர், இது தொழிலில் நஷ்டம், குடும்பத்தில் கருத்து வேறுபாடு, குடும்பத்தில் சண்டை சச்சரவுகள் ஏற்படுத்தும்.

2.மனையின் மேற்கே வடமேற்கில் நீண்டு (extension) இருந்தால் 

அதில் குடியிருப்பவர்களுக்கு எதிரிகள் பயம் மற்றும் அதிகாரிகளின் பயம் உருவாகும்.

இவர்களின் வாகனங்கள் விபத்தில் அல்லது பிறர் மெத்தனத்தில்  சேதமடையும் அபாயம் உள்ளது.

வரவுக்கு மீறிய செலவு காரணமாக வறுமை ஏற்படும் அபாயம் உள்ளது.

3.மனையின் வடமேற்கு திசையில்  வெட்டு (splay)இருந்தால், அது சட்டப்பூர்வ சர்ச்சைகளுக்கு வழிவகுக்கும், எலும்பு முறிவு, உடல்நலக் குறைபாடுகள், தொடர் மருத்துவ செலவு,நுரையீரல் கோளாறுகள், மனச்சோர்வு மற்றும் தம்பதிகளிடையே தவறான புரிதல் அல்லது மன அழுத்தம் போன்ற  இருக்கும்.

இந்த மனையில் வடிவமைக்கையில் 360° சுத்தமாக வாஸ்து சாஸ்திரம், மனையடி சாஸ்திரம், ஃபெங் ஷூய் விருட்ச சாஸ்திரம்,உரிமையாளரின் நடப்பு தசா புக்தி பலன்கள் இவற்றை ஆராய்ந்து தீர்வுகள் செய்து வடிவமைக்க வேண்டும், இதை வாஸ்து வல்லுனர்கள் மட்டுமே வடிவமைக்க வேண்டும் , இவ்வாறு செய்ய நல்லதே நடக்கும் என்பதைச் சொல்லி தைரியமூட்டியிருக்கிறேன்.

 This plot is near Vandalur Bypass, a bank manager disabled, sold his native property for 25 lakh rupees and took a loan of 25 lakh from his bank and spent a total of 50 lakh rupees and registered the deed and bought this plot ignorantly.  Send the land to the greedy landlord and talk sweet words to make him happy.

The person who bought the plot gave a contract to my builder friend to build the house, he sent me the designer for the design, I clearly told him that he was cheated, this is a plot with more than three major Vastu defects.

 1. In other words, street stoves located at intersections are classified as street stoves, poison arrows, and poison arrows in Vastu Shastra.

 2. It is a large plot facing North West.

 3. Plot cut in north-west.

 Look at the land broker who got 1 lakh rupees without conscience.

Within two months of buying this plot, the owner was driving a three-wheeler for the disabled when he was hit by a speeding car in a slow turn and he broke his hip bone and had a plate put on it.  He wept profusely.

 1. Vastu experts consider that a malefic aspect from the North North West of the house is a bad defect, it will cause loss in business, discord in the family, quarrels in the family.

 2. If there is an extension to the west of the house in the northwest

 Its occupants will develop fear of enemies and fear of authorities.

 Their vehicles are at risk of being damaged in an accident or due to the carelessness of others.

 There is a risk of poverty due to overspending.

 3. If there is a cut (splay) in the north-west direction of the house, it will lead to legal disputes, broken bones, health problems, continuous medical expenses, lung disorders, depression and misunderstanding or stress between couples.

 When designing this house, 360° clean Vastu Shastra, Manayadi Shastra,feng shui  ,Vrutsha Shastra, owner's current dasa bhukti results should be analyzed and designed, this should be designed only by Vastu experts, I have given courage by saying that it will be good to do this.
